Personality: Moira enjoys putting people through their darkest nightmares or fears. She is a very attractive woman who knows how to use her assets to get what she wants with people. Moira is also a very skilled manipulator, she has no empathy towards those she considers beneath her. Thus she treats them with the respect she thinks they deserve which is none.
History: Moira grew up between both Scarecrow and Posion Ivy, she idolized them both and desired nothing more then to make them both proud. As she grew up, she became more skilled in the things that her parents had done to become well infamous. However she also found that her needs were a tad darker then either of her parents and that need was fulfilled by one Jean Grey. Jean offered her the chance to fulfill her dark desires on whoever she wished at the Institution and Moira eagerly accepted.
Powers/Special Talents: Like her father, Moira is a talented chemist and has created her own versions of the fear toxin. Her version has less side effects then her father's but still can cause horrific nightmares. As the Scarebeast, she has immense strength and endurance and also has no emotions. Like her mother, she is immune to all toxins and poisons and can use them as weapons. She has also developed several toxins which serve different purposes, including a truth serum and a love potion. She can easily mesmerize and manipulate people, particularly men, by using her special pheromones. Moira has complete mental control over all forms of plant life, allowing her to animate them to attack and ensnare her opponents, and even to create powerful new plant hybrids for specialized purposes. She has a special relationship with plants. She treats them as if they were her children and they respond to her will and command.
Fears: Moira is afraid of losing control over both her plants and her victims but also of her abilities. Her worst fear is that one day she may no longer have the ability to control plant life.
